Teacher Cancelation

A teacher may cancel a lesson for a few of the following reasons: traffic, car accident, and medical emergencies; which the teacher needs to report immediately to the office to be documented.

• A 72-hour notice in advance will be needed for scheduled performances or gigs.
• A 24-hour notice in advance will be needed for all other excuses.

Teacher No Shows

If a teacher "no shows" on a student then the client will need to call the office within 5 hours after the start of the scheduled lesson. (Changes in the lesson time not made with the office will not be recognized) The client will then receive a free lesson in addition to the make-up. If a client fails to call the office within 5 hours then they will only receive a make-up (no free lesson).
